On 7 May 2024, the esteemed Seeff Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl Internal Quarterly Awards Ceremony took place, marking a day of celebration, recognition, and appreciation for the outstanding achievements within the real estate industry.
The event brought together our world-class sales and rental agents, and as we reflect on this memorable occasion, we extend our gratitude to STBB for their presence and express a warm welcome to three new talented team members, Garreth Gibson, Dael Dyer, and Warren Emmett.

Financials:
All in all, we had an exceptionally successful first quarter. We exceeded even our own expectations by reaching R231,043,136 as a license YTD with only a 10% variance between selling and asking prices.
We also sold more properties this Q1 than we ever have before. Our next best Q1 performance came in 2022 where we sold 312 properties, but, by closing 356 deals this quarter we're really taking things to the next level in 2024.
Our sales agents weren't the only ones to shine this quarter, though. Our rental agents pushed hard and achieved a 2.3% YOY increase in our rental figures compared to Q1 2023.
